Then, Miley Cyrus, known for her hit song “Wrecking Ball,” revisited her well-known teddy bear outfit worn at the 2013 VMAs on MTV. Speaking directly into the camera, Cyrus mentioned that the costume stirred controversy and provoked anger from many. She emphasized, “Yes, this teddy bear outfit definitely caused a lot of upset.” Cyrus elaborated on the inspiration behind the unique ensemble, revealing, “I drew inspiration from a Todd James sculpture that captivated me.
